This is rant on the high and mighty xian. and conservitive alike. From your crazy fundies like Jerry Folwell (deceased thank christ) to mike huckabee (presidential candidate) to your nice neighbor with his rosary wrapped around his rearview mirror. It is also about all of you who believe the lies that have been told to you since the presidency of Bush started. From 9/11 was a terrorist attack to there are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq to gays will destroy your home and family. This country was founded on the predicable of freedom which you and your representatives are slowly taking away from us. 9/11- I'm sorry that it happened; friends family coworker human beings were all lost that day and nothing will bring them back. But an even bigger travesty then their loss of lives is planning of the event and the exploitation of our evitable grief. (disclaimer this part is a little sciencey) I’m sorry but there is no way in hell jet fuel melted commercial grade steel beams. Commercial grade steel melts at 1510ºC (2750ºF), and that’s what they say happened to the steel, and jet fuel in an atmosphere without pressurization or pre-heating will burn at only 825ºC (1517ºF) well below the melting temp of steel. More over, Diffused flames burn far cooler and Oxygen-starved diffuse flames are cooler yet, the fires in the towers were diffused to well below 800ºC; their dark smoke showed they were oxygen-starved, particularly in the South Tower. So worst case scenario for the towers is the steel beams got harder and more brittle with the first impact and heat, it would have taken a 2nd impact at the same point to bring down everything above that point of the tower. We are not even going to start on the lack luster evidence put forth for the Pennsylvania or the Pentagon crashes...there are plenty of videos that do that. I don’t really even feel the need to bring up WMD’s as a viable reason for war or the fact Saddam had any ties with al qaeda. Saddam was a secular in the Islamic community and was hated by al qaeda as we are and he them, so why would they side with him? they wouldn’t. I guess my biggest pet pev right now is the fact that the republicans are so willing to take away our basic civil rights just to "protect us". But I’m sorry I’d rather die in a terrorist attack and having lived up to that moment free to be myself without fear of punishment then to have to hide who I am in the shadows and live a long life. And we all know that abortions and gays are more important then free healthcare for poor children. So if you’re living hand to mouth and stupid enough to keep voting for these idiots just because they scare you with gays, and abortions and terrorist attacks, then you should get your head examined...but you can’t afford to. Well keep it to your-fucking-self!!!! No one wants to see your pictures of dead babies, hear your self-righteous rhetoric or even to pretend any longer that we are paying attention to you. If you don't like the idea of abortion then do not have one; it is that fucking simple. Until you are a scared young teenage girl, a poor drug addicted prostitute, a rape or incest victim you can not even begin to fathom what is going through the head of a woman who decides to have the procedure done and to impose your personal beliefs on her is wrong. If you feel so strongly about abortion that you would post bulletins on myspace with pictures of dead babies then maybe you should go adopt an unwanted child from a group home. Be that better moral person you infer by posting said images and pushing your views around, and adopt that child instead of having your own. OTHERWISE SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT IT!! Also here's something to think about, if you smoke around your child, drive them around in 4ton SUVs, feed them high calorie high sugar low nutritional foods (ie fast food) then you are worse then any woman who has an abortion and a hypocrite at least her fetus is yet to be a born living human you on the other hand are putting your born child in mortal danger every day… there I'm done…can you be? Is it possible for you to state your position and then drop it? No the pictures you tote around in front of abortion clinics prove that. |
