The Neighborhood Complaint was originally formed in 2003 as a high school band, but quickly fell apart after one successful EP and one LP. Five years later, after numerous side projects, drummer/vocalist Dan McDavid started up the band again, this time playing guitar and singing lead vocals. TNC has become much more mature in content due to Dan's entire high school experience, as well as now being a college student.
