Im not straight up punk rock. it's not cause i dont like it, cause i love punk rock but i dont let the style define me. i define my self through a couple different styles, just mainly the punk style. and why do some "punx" think they have to be illiterate? dont fuck yourself over cause you think thats what punx do. And can we do something about "mall-punx"? cause they are the most annoying things ever [like the ones who clinge to hot topic and look like avril lavigne]. We can honsetly just tell them that hot topic is having a 90% off sale and when they all rush in, gas it. Speaking of gasing people, when people hear punk, why do they think i'm racist. Is it our connection with skinheads? Fuck the corupt skinheads, now everybody thinks punks are racist. "Originals skins weren't violent, they should agaisnt mistreatment. shaved their heads and wore boots to make a political statement"(operation ivy).

Another thing that bothers me is that most so called punk rock today wouldn't be considered punk rock back in the day. What defined a punk band when it started is almost completely different then what defines a punk band today. I can only think of few bands that can be consider a true punk band. Then if you say Blink 182 is pop punk, blink fans get pist.
